Tee TimesWelcome to the Tee Times Reservations Center. You may reserve tee times at any of Palm-Aire's four outstanding golf courses (Oaks, Cypress, Palms and Sabals Executive) by phone or on-line.
Telephone Reservations: Call (954) 975-6244 everyday between 6:30am and 7:00pm (EST) to speak to a Tee Time agent. For up to 4 players, public golfers may reserve tee times up to 4 days in advance. If you would like to reserve a tee time for more than 4 days in advance or if you have 5 to 12 players in your party, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) is required.
24 / 7 On-Line Reservations: After reading the On-Line Terms & Conditions below, CLICK HERE TO RESERVE TEE TIMES. There is NO CHARGE for booking a Tee Time on-line. For up to 4 players, you may reserve a Tee Time up to 6 days in advance. (Note: If you are trying to book a reservation > 6 days in advance, the system will indicate that there are no available tee times for that date, when in actuality there are available tee times.) To reserve tee times > 6 days in advance, call (954) 975-6244 and have a major credit card available.
Group Reservations (13 or more players): If you are interested in booking a group golf outing at Palm-Aire Country Club, please call our Tournament Director (954) 975-6225 x6012.
Changing, Cancelling or Revising a Tee Time: You may CHANGE a reservation (i.e. Date, Time or Course) by calling (954) 975-6244. You may CANCEL a Tee Time Reservation without penalty by calling (954) 975-6244 or faxing (954) 975-4699 the Tee Time Office NO LATER than 48 hours before your reserved Tee Time. Failure to do so may result is customer's credit card being billed for the full reservation amount. (Please understand that failure to cancel your reservation without proper notice denies other valued customers the opportunity to enjoy our courses. Your cooperation will make for a better golfing experience for everyone.)
On-Line Terms & Conditions: While every effort is made to honor all reservations as requested, Palm-Aire Country Club reserves the right to amend any reservation when legitimate, unforeseen circumstances arise including but not limited to inclimate weather, unscheduled (required) golf course maintenance and other unplanned events. In most cases, our customers will be notified in advance of any unscheduled changes. As a condition to using this on-line reservation service, the customer agrees to the following terms: All persons using this system agree to abide by the policies of the golf club, including all policies regarding no-shows, cancellations and any charges which the selected golf club may impose for booking golf reservations at said facility. To the maximum extent of the law, the golf club is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use this system, including consequential damages, or any loss which may be incurred by any person using this system due to errors in booking the reservations. All information obtained by said golf club via the on-line reservation system is deemed property of the company and may be used for future legal marketing purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any user of this system expressly waves any and all claims he or she has or may have against said golf club which in any way relate to the use of this Internet booking system.
